Bison Roast with Garlic
3 to 5 pound TenderBison roast
½ cup cooking wine or Italian dressing
2 cloves garlic quartered
12 ounces beer
2 small onions
2 tbsps Worcestershire or A-1 Sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
Pepper all surfaces of roast and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Brown TenderBison roast at HIGH temperature on a grill or in a frying pan. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or covered casserole dish.
Add water to level of roast top. Cook for 6-8 hours in a slow cooker or bake at 250 degrees in the oven.
