Double Crusted Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 small jar pizza sauce
  • 1 lb ground North American Bison
  • 1 (8 oz.) package pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown North American Bison ground meat and season to taste.
  2. Unroll one cane of crescent roll dough and lay flat in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Begin layering ingredients starting with sauce, cheeses, meats, sauce, and ending with cheeses.
  4. Unroll remaining can of crescent roll dough and seal over top.
  5. Bake at 425-degrees for 15 minutes or until the crust has browned.
