Bison Quiche for Two

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Ground Bison
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ pkg. Frozen Green Beans (9oz)
  • ¼ C. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ C. Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 2 Eggs

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4

  1. In skillet cook bison, green onion, basil, and salt until bison is browned.
  2. Lightly grease an 8” quiche or pie plate. Place bison mixture and green beans in.
  3. Mix biscuit baking mix, milk, and eggs. Pour over bison mixture
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
