Bison Roast with Garlic


  • 3 to 5 pound TenderBison roast
  • ½ cup cooking wine or Italian dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic quartered
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire or A-1 Sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder


  1. Pepper all surfaces of roast and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  2. Brown TenderBison roast at HIGH temperature on a grill or in a frying pan. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or covered casserole dish.
  3. Add water to level of roast top. Cook for 6-8 hours in a slow cooker or bake at 250 degrees in the oven.
