  • 3 lbs ground TenderBison
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 tbsp Morton’s Tender Quick Salt
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cracked peppercorns

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Divide into ten sections. Roll each section into logs 2 ½ inches in diameter about 6 inches long. Pack tightly in foil and let flavors meld for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Slice and eat with crackers, cheese, and bell pepper rings.
