  • 4-5 lb bone-in TenderBison chuck roast
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1 hand full carrots
  • 4 shakes basil
  • Black pepper
  • 1 (12 oz) can Bud Lite


Cooked low and slow, this bison Christmas pot roast is a savory dish will keep you warm up this holiday season.

  1. Pour beer over roast.
  2. Season roast and add veggies.
  3. Cover and cook at 220F for 6-8 hours, or 250F for 4-6 hours. Do not cook over 280F.
