Ingredients

  • 2 lb. TenderBison bison burger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
  1. Add beaten egg and onion to bison burger, mix well.
  2. Form into bite-size bison balls.
  3. Brown and turn in oil until cooked.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add meatballs, simmer for 5 minutes more and serve.
