Hot & Spicy Bison Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce
2 lb. TenderBison bison burger
1 onion, finely diced
1 16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
Add beaten egg and onion to bison burger, mix well.
Form into bite-size bison balls.
Brown and turn in oil until cooked.
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, horseradish, honey, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add meatballs, simmer for 5 minutes more and serve.
